Price Match Policy

If you are about to make a purchase and discover a lower advertised price by a local retail competitor on the same available brand and model, please let us know!

At The Oxygen Concentrator Supplies Shop, our goal is to provide the most competitive prices possible. However, we recognize that sometimes our pricing does not meet our stated expectation. Thus, it is our priority to make sure our customers are satisfied. We do hope that part of your decision-making includes current and future level of customer service— which is an important component of any respiratory product decision. However, if you find an item at a lower price from a competitor, let us know!

In order to price match another distributor, we would require the following:

- A link to the website the item is advertised, including product name, price, and SKU number, to be matched. Note: The product must be identical.
- Your contact information.

What can we price match?

We can price match any item being sold by an Authorized Distributor of the equipment. We reserve right to verify that the distributor is authorized to sell the equipment.
An Authorized Distributor, which has been given that status by the manufacturer, must comply with the manufacturer’s stated policies, including customer service and any product warranties and repairs. Additionally, the items need be identical to the item that we are price matching. We will only match current pricing, not pricing that is no longer available. If the item is price matched, it will be specific to what is being offered by the competitor’s website.

What can’t we price match?

- Used or refurbished items
- Discontinued Items
- Mail-In rebates (as they are handled by a third-party, usually the manufacturer)
- Discounts provided by membership or subscription
- “Buy One, Get One” promotions
- Coupons codes from other retailers
- Bulk items being purchased for re-sale
- We will not honor other retailers misprints or typographical errors

             

Exclusions

Some manufacturers may exclude their products from being price matched.

The Oxygen Concentrator Supplies Store reserves the right to not match the price of an item on a case-by-case basis.
